Got up at 6 and had a nice swim, then after work, I got in a 20 mile bike ride. had a little trouble with the Suunto since I didn't stop my watch when the run was over. Oops.
Looks like it should be a fun weekend.. the BolderBoulder is on Monday and is preceded by the Running Expo (always fun) and the Boulder Creek Festival as well... I'm looking forward to a very enjoyable weekend!
